Our customer service policy is to provide complete satisfaction to all of our clients. It is our hope to provide all of you with an innovative and well-crafted product.


Substitutions
All items will be replicated according to the original prop specification. However, should the exact component, fabric, or costume be discontinued, then a suitable likeness shall be substituted that is of equal value.

Deposits
We require a 50% deposit to confirm large static or pneumatic prop orders. The balance is due upon completion of the product.

Cancellation
Due to the custom fabrication of each item, which utilize non-stocked components, we exercise the following cancellation policy.

Upon cancellation of an existing order, we shall refund 80% of your deposit, if it is within 60 days of the order being placed. A refund of 50% will be reimbursed should the cancellation be made 30 days from the date that the order was placed. Any cancellation, thereafter, will not be entitled to a refund.

Shipping
Small props and costuming is shipped by UPS, DHL, or your preferred carrier.

Large props require a wooden crate for shipping, which is an added fee of $150.00.

All large freight shipping is FOB (Freight On Board), utilizing your preferred carrier. Should you not have one, we shall obtain two quotes to provide you the most economical shipping option.

We suggest a high cost savings by using Forward Air Freight. They are located at most airport freight hubs throughout the country. We drop your freight off at the Forward Air terminal in Phoenix, where it is weighed and the shipping is pre-paid by Edge Designs. The freight is then delivered to your closest Forward Air Terminal; waiting for your pick up. You will need to check with Forward Air to find the closest location city near you.

International Orders
We recommend that all international customers arrange their own shipping accordingly to guarantee proper procedure is followed.
